Five published swamp extensions that automate the setup every new project repeats — Forge provisioning, Vercel DNS, GitHub repositories, Customer.io audits and Stripe billing.

Every new project started with the same afternoon: provision the server, point the DNS, make the repository, wire up the transactional email, create the products and prices. None of it is hard and all of it is easy to get subtly wrong.

Each one is now a swamp model with a dry run as the default on every method that changes something, published to the public registry. The Forge extension has provisioned real staging and production sites end to end, which is the only test that counts.

Why it exists

Built to stop repeating the same setup afternoon on every new project. Each extension automates one piece of it, dry run first.
