Webhook ingest and delivery: it accepts events, then routes, retries and redelivers them so an outage downstream does not lose anything. A Laravel and Vue rebuild of an earlier Next.js app, not carrying production traffic yet.

Digital signage for schools: a portal for uploading media, building playlists and scheduling them, and a player that runs on a Mac mini behind the lobby TV. One piece of content can span several screens as a single canvas, which is the part the products it competes with treat as an edge case.

A free browser-only generator that turns a credit line into a FIGlet-style ASCII banner for source comments and browser consoles. The fonts are bundled, nothing is uploaded, and there is no backend at all.
